Our drivers are top-tier: calm, courteous, safety-focused, and respectful. Our vehicles are expected to be clean and presentable. Our goal is to become the most trusted private ride option in San Antonio — known for consistency, service quality, and professionalism.

Driver Expectations (Summary)

  • Professional conduct at all times with riders.
  • Clean vehicle (4-door car or truck), no odors, no smoke, no alcohol.
  • Safe driving and strict compliance with traffic laws.
  • Customer service — help with luggage, groceries, packages.
  • Preparedness — tissue + hand sanitizer available; optional extras allowed.

Payout & Incentives

  • Driver payout: 65% per ride, 50% of surge pricing (per your structure).
  • Tips: 100% to driver.
  • Pet fee split: 75% driver / 25% company.
  • Incentives: peak/event priority + reliability bonuses (details provided during interview).

Note: This form needs a real endpoint (Formspree or a Cloudflare backend). I can build the Cloudflare version next.

Rules & Safety

  • No anonymous ride booking. Verified contact required.
  • Upfront payments supported (PayPal preferred; Square backup; others as configured).
  • Wait time and event conditions will be disclosed prior to dispatch.
  • Service animals ride free with documentation.
